MARKET + COOKING WORKSHOP

This activity consists, first, in visiting a city’s traditional market place with some gastronomy experts who will explain the attendees everything they need to know about andalusian products, such as the different sorts of fish and seafood, the different races of pork, the seasonal vegetables…

Once the visit is over, we’ll take the attendees to a delicious Mediterranean breakfast with toasted bread and coffee. Of, if they prefer so, instead of toasted bread, they could have churros!

After that, we will be full of energy to start cooking! We can offer different possibilities: traditional paella, tapas or specialities such as salmorejo or sangria…

If the group requires something original, just tell us. We’ll bring a one Michelin star sevillan cook. You have other ideas? We’re there to listen to you!
