PALATIAL HOME III

Set in the heart of Seville, this Little Palace differs from others in our roster by virtue of its museum space: this venue has one of the largest collections of art in Seville. This house is split over two floors – on the first is a spectacular entrance space, several lounges, a typical Andalusian central courtyard, and a garden. The second floor is accessed through the main hall of the house which also features a large glass window, flooding the space with natural light. The second floor is less suited to large events than the first, but can be visited by guests nonetheless and is a sight to behold in itself.

This palatial home dates back to the 16th Century, but really came in to its own as an events venue in 1901 when its owner, a passionate aficionado of archaeology and antiques, began to build what became a large collection Roman mosaics and historical artefacts.

This house is perfect for groups of between 30 and 150 people. We recommend this location for events with historical overtones, given its decoration and the content of its museum space. As a result, a ‘classic’ CenArte service fits the bill: guests could be met at the reception area with a lyrical performance, before taking a tour of the house accompanied by music befitting the period of the part of the house that guests are moving through. Next, an elegant dinner could be hosted in the lounge area beside the garden before a final musical performance accompanied by a chocolate or wine tasting to round off the night.
